NaCole Brown

Jazz Line Director

 

NaCole Brown started dancing at the young age of 2 years old at a small studio in West Valley. She showed a natural talent and love for dance. She started dancing at Elite Academy when she was 6 years old in 1996. She is trained in Jazz, Ballet, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Tap and Acro. NaCole participated in numerous competitions and conventions from 1997-2008. Competing and winning many solo and team awards from 1st place to highpoint overall and many queen titles, she was always the one to beat. Holding the title Miss Dance Utah for two years from 2000-2002. NaCole traveled all over the US and Canada for her dance career from L.A. to New York and performed on a cruise ship in Canada . In 2002 she became a member of Odyssey 2, Utah ’s pre-professional dance company, where she spent the next five years training. With this opportunity she was able to perform in their many showcases Thriller, It’s a Wonderful Life, and their spring shows Shut up and Dance. She even had the opportunity in 2003 to travel to Las Vegas with Hollywood Vibe Convention as their dancer of the year. In 2005 NaCole was featured in the Disney film “High School Musical 2” and a year after was a principle dancer in the third “High School Musical”, she is seen through out the movie and in the credits. She also danced in the MTV movie “American Mall” in 2007. In 2008 she became a member of Bonnie Stories professional dance company Expansion. From 2009 to the present she has expanded her dancing career on the choreography side. In 2016 she was certified with the Acrobatic Arts and is now teaching Acro at Elite.

Teaching for Elite Academy is one of the most amazing experiences of her life and she can’t wait for another year with the dance world’s future.
